Step-by-step selling guide
1. Personal acquaintance
In a personal conversation, we will listen to your wishes and needs. We inspect your home and measure it according to the NEN2580 standard. Then we prepare the sales plan including the valuation.
2. Home presentation
You never get a second chance for a first impression. That is why we work together with a professional home photographer. From your home, photos, floorplans (2D and 3D), 360 degree photos and a video are made. These are then placed on Funda.nl and our social media channels.
We take care of the house-viewings in an energetic and enthusiastic way. Viewings are also possible on weekends and evenings. You may expect our feedback after each viewing.
We conduct the negotiations. Our goal is to achieve the optimal result for you.
We accompany you at the notary. We will check all legal documents for accuracy and completeness. We are also involved in the house valuation, the possible structural inspection and the final inspection.
6. Personal guidance
We have close contact with each other during the sales process. Of course, we are always available for questions during, but also after the sale of your home.
